Motor Drive Tester se Motor Check Karne Ka Process
Step 1: Motor Ready Karein
Sabse pehle IDU ya ODU motor ko safe jagah par rakhein aur uske wires ko properly identify karein.
Step 2: Tester ke Wire Connect Karein
Motor Drive Tester ke output wires ko motor ke terminals se connect karein.
Tester ke sath plug pehle se attached hota hai, isliye extra wiring ki zarurat nahi hoti.
⚠️ Dhyaan rakhein: Connection tight aur secure ho
Step 3: Power Supply ON Karein
Tester ke plug ko power socket me lagayein.
Power milte hi tester motor ko supply deta hai.Step 4: Motor Rotation Observe Karein
Agar motor smooth aur stable rotation me chal rahi hai → Motor OK hai
Agar motor nahi chal rahi, awaz aa rahi ya ruk-ruk kar chal rahi hai → Motor faulty ho sakti hai
